The Associated General Contractors of America’s Supervisory Training Program (STP) is a construction-specific training curriculum developed, updated and field-tested by and for contractors. Supervisory skill directly affects every company’s bottom line. You make your money in the field, and STP can help you improve your organization’s bottom line. The sessions will be an online, interactive session so that participants can attend no matter where they are but still receive individualized training with an instructor.
The full STP Course includes 6 Units (see full course below). Each Unit includes ten sessions that are approximately 2 hours each. Participants can complete the full course or select specific Units based on skill needs and requirements.
